● Boat-shaped mushroom tart

● Chestnut pumpkin velouté with ricotta cheese

● Flounder and snow crab wrapped in spinach, served as cannelloni with Americaine sauce

●Beef fillet steak with Madeira sauce

● Shine Muscat and Elderflower Jelly with Sparkling Wine Sorbet

(Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.) Menu card available

*A commemorative photo gift will be given to each family.

(We will take a commemorative photo in a private room, and present the photo to both families in a frame.)
